Aspen Waite Radio is the home of work/life balance but we love talking business too and will speak to a number of business owners and entrepreneurs at The Aspen Waite Lions Locker Room. Business guests include Peter Leckie, owner of Genero who are running their first event post-covid restrictions, as well as Tom Shanklin, former Wales and Lions player and business man.
Aspen Waite Wales CEO, Darren Talbot is really looking forward to being a part of the event.
“Aspen Waite is incredibly excited to host The Aspen Waite Lions Locker Room. It has been a tough year for business and sport. At Aspen Waite, we have never been busier helping businesses of all shapes and sizes across Wales and the UK to get through some tough times.”
“Being a friend to business owners is really important to us and now the UK is beginning to open up, it felt like an appropriate time to get together, network and enjoy seeing smiles on faces again. We like to stay connected with our clients, partners and friends and during the pandemic were able to help do that with the creation of Aspen Waite Radio, our very own radio station which is the home of work/life balance.”
“Our radio station is broadcast across Cardiff and South Wales and goes out to an audience of over three million people which enables us to help businesses tell their stories, interview owners and disruptors like ourselves to educate, entertain and enjoy! Having the station down for the event is an added bonus for us and we can’t wait to tell more people all about what we do at The Aspen Waite Lions Locker Room over the next few weeks.”
The Aspen Waite Lions Locker Room, held in association with Genero, will invite guests to enjoy a three-course meal, the match on the big screen and post-match entertainment - offering a perfect evening to celebrate one of the highlights of the rugby calendar.
Looking ahead to the occasion, host Shanklin said: “I’m really excited by the line-up we’ve put together this year. Not only will they bring top class analysis but the stories and insight of life on tour with the Lions is priceless.”
“Ever since The Locker Room was brought to Cardiff Arms Park - one of the true pantheons of world rugby - we’ve had some brilliant occasions but, with the hype and excitement that always surrounds the Lions tour, we’re certain it will be taken to the next level this year.”
