Succession Planning – Seating Upholsterer and Manufacturer
We were retained to formulate a succession plan for the proprietors of this business.
Our assignment included:-
· Agreeing a succession strategy and implementation plan
· Finding and mentoring a replacement CEO
· Putting together a full business plan
· Negotiated phased buy out funding with the company’s bankers.
· Overseeing the buyout process leading to a successful completion of the buyout.
