Rosie has a portfolio career working from across the education and media sectors, with a background in secondary school teaching in the Humanities. Rosie joined Aspen Waite in 2021 as a junior member of the AW South East Team and in 2025 was promoted to Relationship and Business Development Manager working to support Paul and Mark Waite in Client relationships, sales and marketing as well as BD and strategic planning. Rosie has a Humanities Masters from University of Kent, a Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Theory and is a Goldsmiths GTP Graduate.

Rosie lives amidst the apple orchards and vineyards in the Kent marshes, with two chihuahuas and two tortoise shell cats. She also enjoys time in her studio as an abstract expressionist artist. Rosie also volunteers on Local Radio *Deal Community Radio and in the Library at her local Grammar School.
