Chris Coulter - Partner of Certified Accountants

Chris has gained a wealth of experience in advising small and large entities on business matters.  He has extensive experience of accounting and taxation issues and takes a keen interest in all clients and their business affairs.

He is proactive in seeking ambitious businesses, and in working out how best to help them as they are welcomed as new clients into Aspen Waite.

His varied portfolio of clients range from small start up companies to large enterprises and deals with audit and accounts as well as corporate tax matters. His private client list is extensive, involving him in personal tax planning in income tax, capital taxes and inheritance tax as well as considerable experience of full and aspect inquiries.  His particular expertise lies in assisting clients in takeovers and acquisitions, taking a ‘hands on’ approach throughout the negotiations and dealing with solicitors, fund raising and generally facilitating the transaction.

He enjoys walking with his wife at the weekends and spending time with his children and grandchildren.  A lover of sports, particularly with a ball, and a taste for fine wine and real ale completes the picture.
